Catherine Gill is an artist who has lived in the Pacific Northwest for over 30 years, painting and teaching on location in mixed media, watercolor, oil, pastel, and is a printmaker. Her classrooms include homeless shelters, museums, art centers, studios, beaches, parking lots, boats, kayaks and forests, and lately Zoom rooms in her Ballard studio in Seattle WA.

As an artist and teacher, Catherine needed a way to sell her paintings and class offerings via the web. She contacted Hang Wire Affordable Web Design in order to design and develop a user friendly e-commerce web to both showcase her art pieces and also sell them online. We worked with her to showcase her artwork in a minimalist yet elegant design in order to keep the focus on the art itself. Individual galleries were created to group artwork by series. In addition to galleries, Woocommerce was implemented to sell artwork and classes via the website.
